I support university teachers on their way towards inspiring, activating, and effective teaching by working with you analytically, pragmatically, creatively, and with empathy.
I design continuing education, teaching, consulting, and coaching research-based, pragmatic, and framed by a systemic, internationally focused perspective.

Teaching in English
I conduct the listed workshops and more topics in English on demand. In these workshops, I address the specific challenges of teaching and learning in English—English as a Medium of Instruction (EMI)—which presents significant challenges for both teachers and students, particularly as non-native English speakers. Based on my English language studies in Marburg, Cambridge, and Cologne, my experience as an English trainer in adult education since the year 2000, and my professional development and consulting services in university didactics since 2010, I have developed a range of teaching strategies to support learning in this context. Moreover, I’m currently doing my Ph.D. studies in the EMI-context at TU Dortmund University.
Classroom Observation & Feedback
I provide detailed feedback on presentations, communication, and instructional design for teachers.
Case Consultation with Peers
I introduce and moderate case consultation for peers to promote communication and a solution-based approach in teams and groups.
